First head for Putley Parish Hall which is the Information Hub, where you can park, buy entrance tickets (£5 for adults, children under 16 free, valid for all venues for the day), pick up leaflets and start walks, both guided and ‘freestyle’.
The Hall will also be the centre for refreshments, and the famous Blossomtime lunches and teas.
Car parking
We have the use of a large field for car parking behind the hall. If you come by car please park here as car parking is not available at Dragon Orchard, except for Blue Badge holders where there will be a few spaces.
Tickets
These can be purchased at the hall from 09.45 on both days. The tickets cost £5 for adults, accompanied children under 16 are free. The ticket gives you access to all venues for the day marked on the ticket and includes cider and perry tasting at Dragon Orchard and talks and other activities and the guided walks. Cash is preferred as internet reception for our card machine can be erratic. If you plan to come both days will will need to purchase separate tickets for each day.
Travel to the other venues
All three venues are within 10 to 20 minutes walk of each other and we will also be running a limited tractor and passenger trailer service between the venues from 10:00 to 17:00 each day. We wish to avoid clogging up the local roads with cars which is why we ask you to park at Putley Parish Hall.
