Arrangements at Hellens, Big Apple – Saturday 10^th & Sunday 11^th October 2026

Stalls will be outside where possible, or inside the well-ventilated and spacious Great Barn.  Please read these notes carefully.

• Hellens is located at GR661333, postcode HR8 2LY and is accessed by means of a narrow drive. Please drive carefully as you approach.  The What3Words location of the road entrance is evolution.animals.sneezing.
• The event at Hellens will run from 11am to 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday – please note the start time.
• Stallholders and exhibitors need to be on site by 10.30am at the latest and ready to receive the public by 10.45am.
• There will be a charge for adult admission of £2.50 as visitors arrive at the Hellens site. There will be no charge for children.  We are making provision for cashless payment.
• Your vehicle must be removed by 10.45am to the hard standing by the Haywain Barn, which will be kept for volunteer/exhibitor parking and for those with restricted mobility, or as otherwise directed.
• The Haywain Barn will be in use as outlined in the programme.
• A charge of £25 will be made for commercial sales space (frontage approximately 6ft) for the weekend, while non-commercial stallholders will not be charged.
• We can provide a trestle table for each space, for which we will make an additional charge of £4. Please let us know if you would prefer to bring your own table.
