10.30am – 5pm. Low volume, award-winning maker of cider and perry made in the traditional way relying on wild yeast. See how a small-scale cider maker can use both old and new technology and learn how to make their own cider.
You can walk around our traditional cider orchard and our young perry pear orchard in sight of May Hill (said to be essential for good perry!).
Enjoy baps with sausages made with our own cider; draught cider and perry and soft drinks available. Free tastings of our products.
