Cider and Perry Trials 2007
On May 5th around 35 hopeful cider and perry makers took part in the annual Big Apple Cider and Perry trials in Putley Village Hall in Herefordshire.
A strong entry produced some close results and the makers (who are also the judges in this peer-judged competition) experienced a very pleasant two hours sampling the different products.
